IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ENTRIES,REGISTRATION AND RACING
We’ve made some important changes to our Entry and Registration processes. It is entry errors that cause our late starts.

READ THE ENTRY GUIDE (attached)
Make sure you read our new “Pine Rivers BMX Entry Guide”. It highlights the main issues we see with entries, what the result of that error can be and VERY IMPORTANTLY, what you can do in advance to avoid this happening. Major Points include:
1) Entries still close 5:45pm
2) We will import and publish the event to Sqorz at 6pm. We will announce this over the PA System.
3) You MUST check your rider’s entry, at 6pm and come straight to the scoring hut if you see a problem!
4) Riders 8yr+ MUST roll their bike(s) with transponder fitted across the registration plate in front of the scoring hut, check the entry on the screen has two green ticks and has the right class(es), name and number(s). If not, tell scoring immediately.
5) Any change requests for entries MUST be completed by 6:30pm
6) Please ensure all licenses or transponders are valid and you have used the right details in your EntryBoss entry BEFORE you travel. If your license or transponder has expired, we will be unable to assist yo on the night.

To give an idea of the scale of the issue, over the last two race nights (360 riders combined) we had:
- 43 Expired Licenses
- 53 Entries without a Transponder number or hire request.
(excludes MiniWheeler and Sprocket riders).

These stats do not include:
“I entered the wrong class”,
“I changed my mind on which class(es) I want to ride”
“Can I manually/late enter”..

ENTER EARLY AND CHECK YOUR ENTRY CLOSELY
Don’t leave your entry to the last minute. Check your license and transponder details are correct (in TidyHQ and your EntryBoss profile) BEFORE you get your entry in early via EntryBoss. Entries close 5:45pm, but we do sanity-check early entries on Thursday night and across Friday. Enter here: https://entryboss.cc/calendar/pineriversbmx

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Our a club and our race and gates events are run by volunteers.

If you are able to assist in running racing, please add your name to the duty roster. We are also looking for some extra help with the canteen. Our super-chef, Wayne, has a fairly major medical procedure coming up in around a month’s time and we’d love to have some people trained up and ready to help us out while the family look after him.
